Assistant Premises Manager
Linden Bridge School is an Outstanding school in Surrey for children and young people with complex communication and interaction needs. We are currently looking for someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude to fill the post of Assistant Premises Manager to work alongside the Facilities Manager in taking care of our school site.
As a member of the Site Team you will be responsible for security and caretaking including:
- Site cleaning; includes leaf clearing, playground sweeping, cleaning of body spillage
- Site and grounds maintenance: includes grounds work and gardening, maintenance of the school swimming pool and daily checks on the school mini buses
- Banksman and security; includes ensuring safe arrival and departure of students on school transport at start and end of school day
- Portering; includes transfer of deliveries, setting up for school events, moving furniture
You will be required to work 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with 24 days holiday. Hours of work are Tuesday-Friday: 9.30am-6pm, Saturday: 8am-2pm. Saturday hours are paid at an enhanced rate.

Salary: Surrey Pay Grade 4 £16,737-£19,677 plus enhancement
