Linden Bridge is a special school for children aged 4-19 years with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

We are currently looking for a reliable person with a ‘can-do’ attitude to fill the post of Premises Assistant to help us maintain the school and its grounds, including an indoor swimming pool.

 

Working alongside the Facilities Manager, the role involves ensuring the school, school grounds and other facilities are maintained to a high standard. Regular tasks include:

 

  • Site cleaning such as leaf clearing, playground sweeping and some cleaning
  • Site and grounds maintenance and gardening
  • Daily swimming pool and school mini bus checks
  • Overseeing the safe arrival and departure of students on school transport
  • Portering and setting up for school events
  • Grounds security

 

Previous DIY experience and knowledge of basic building maintenance would be an advantage.

 

This is a permanent role for 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. However we are happy to consider applications received for a part-time or job share role.

 

Hours of work are Tuesday-Friday: 12 noon-6pm, Saturday: 8am-2pm.

Salary: Surrey Pay Grade 4 £17,323-£19,677 (FTE) plus benefits.
