Linden Bridge is a special school for children aged 4-19 years with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

School Business Manager

Linden Bridge is part of the LIFT Multi Academy Trust. Following the successful application for a new Free School we are in the process of pre-opening and are currently in consultation with architects to finalise the design of the new school. This new school will join our MAT and we are anticipating that a number of other SEN schools in the South East that we currently work in collaboration with and who share our vision and values, will join us over the next couple of years.


A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and inspirational School Business Manager to join our School.


The successful candidate will give a strategic leadership and vision to all aspects of finance, premises, Human Resources, Health and Safety, marketing and school management services.

The School Business Manager will have experience of managing people and be able to motivate a team of designated support staff. Strong project management, leadership and communication skills are needed to be successful in this role as is the ability to work effectively with the Head Teacher, Governing Body and external agencies. Experience of working with large budgets is an advantage and the candidate must have a good knowledge and understanding of financial management.

Hours: 30 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (Term time plus 2 weeks)

Salary: Surrey Pay S9 £24,769-£29,124 (FTE £33,167-£38,312)
