We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Special Needs Assistant  

Linden Bridge School is a special school in Worcester Park, Surrey for children and young people with comple communication and interaction needs.

 

From September we require an enthusiastic Special Needs Assistant who is able to work in class alongside a teacher and Teaching Assistant where there is an identified need for additional pupil support.

 

We are looking for a person who will act as a positive role model  to our students and who, under direction of the class teacher, is able to support our pupil's in their progress and learning using specialised SEN strategies across the school. 

 

Previous experience in this field is an advantage but is not a requirement as we offer a comprehensive induction and training package to all new employees.

 

School:  Linden Bridge School   

Start Date: September 2019

Salary:  PS3.1 £11,971 (FTE £17,316)

Contract: Full time, Fixed Term to August 2020

Hours:  29.5 hours per week, 38.6 weeks per year (Term time only)

Administrative Assistant/PA

The Lift Partnership is a special multi-academy trust which currently comprises of two schools, Linden Bridge in Worcester Park and West Hill in Leatherhead.  The Trust have also successfully applied to open a new free school.

 

We are looking to appoint an efficient, motivated, reliable person with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our team to act as administrator and PA for the CEO and CFO. The post will be based at the West Hill site but there may be some requirement to visit our other sites on occasion.

 

This is a new position and therefore the successful will have the opportunity to help shape and develop the role.  Typical duties will include diary management, minute taking, maintaining and updating the Trust website, maintaining databases, filing and producing newsletters.  You will also be responsible for managing the Free School project plan to completion.

 

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of working within a school or education environment and will confidently be able to work on their own initiative, planning and setting their own priorities to meet deadlines.

You will be required to work flexibly. 

 

School:  Lift Partnership Multi Academy Trust  

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary:  PS5.1 £21,169 FTE (£7,014 pro rata)

Contract: Part Time and Permanent

Hours:  14 hours per week/39 weeks per year

Holiday: 24 days holiday per year, up to 3 weeks of which may be taken during term time and with agreement of the CEO.

Home School Link Worker

Linden Bridge School are looking to appoint an efficient, motivated, reliable person with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our team to act as Home School Link Worker.

 

Working alongside our existing Home School Link Worker you will help to develop a positive relationship between the school and our families, providing early intervention, signposting, support and guidance, particularly in times of change or stress.

 

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of working with families, support agencies and local services or will be prepared to undergo training.  The post will also include working within the Safeguarding team and previous experience within this area is desirable.

 

This is a part time role for 3 days per week but you may be required to work flexibly on occasion to meet the demands of the role.

Salary:  PS7.1 £27,099 FTE (£13,381 pro rata)

Contract: Part Time and Permanent

Hours:  20.7 hours per week (Term time only)
