Remembrance Poems Written By Two FED Students

REMEMBRANCE POEM

Red poppies are growing in an empty field

Every heart is broken, like a piece of glass fallen

Much blood lies on the floor, like a bottle of wine     pouring

Every tear feels like rain falling from the sky

Many lives were lost, blowing into the wind

Being sad for the lives shattered by the war

Every body drops as if lying on a cloud

Real hope that they sacrificed their lives for lasting peace.

Tearful now

Hundred years later

Army Life was hard

Never knowing when it’s over

Killing Because countries can’t

Sort them selves out sometimes

Young men

Of the end of world war I

Ugly what Has Been Done To the land
